Sheila Vercruysse, Serenity Spa Director

An avid kayaker and outdoor enthusiast, Ms. Vercruysse is a long time resident of Eureka Springs with varied career experiences in retail, customer service and in the hospitality industry. Taking care of the body, mind and spiritual connection is primary to Sheila and she ensures that the Serenity Spa keeps its focus on this primary mission. “The Serenity Spa is an oasis of comfort in a busy downtown and I will always make sure the Serenity Spa Experience is client driven, unassuming and above all revitalizing to the spirit!”

Several of the nuances that have been introduced at Serenity Spa are in-spa suites, a sun bathing deck, whirlpool tub and infrared sauna designed specially for spa customers. Shelia says “The most exciting addition to the spa menu has been the Do Not Disturb” package. The experience is just for ladies, renting the entire spa and includes; six 1 hour Swedish massages, 1 night stay in the two Spa Suites, the use of the deck and Sauna for 3 hours. A personal server offers champagne, punch and light hors d’oeuvres. This package is becoming a favorite of girlfriend get-a-ways and brides for her wedding party.”
